Designed and configured PowerForms, iView, and documentation templates to support inpatient clinical workflows including nursing documentation, peri-operative, and discharge processes. Collaborated with clinicians (nurses, physicians) to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration using Cerner build tools (PowerForms, ESH, Bedrock). Built and optimized clinical documentation workflows across modules such as PowerChart, ensuring accurate patient charting and compliance with clinical standards. Performed end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT) to validate documentation workflows and ensure correct data capture across patient encounters. Supported go-live and stabilization activities, resolving issues related to documentation, workflow gaps, and system usability in production. Conducted workflow optimization initiatives, reducing documentation redundancy and improving clinician efficiency.
