Measures of success –


In three months:


  • Develop strong understanding of the daily operations of digital content planning, and implementation and can work with least supervision and errors
  • Develop strong and effective internal relationships with key stakeholders, such as  agencies, finance teams and media vendors and publishers to achieve goals
  • Understand how to create creative strategies and how to sell Goat to clients.
  • Master launching Goat campaigns understanding all steps – especially with the booking, implementation, and post-campaign processes.
  • Master both internal tools – Brand.AI and Influencer.AI and implement your learnings.
  • Get actively involved in execution of campaigns.

 


In six months:


  • Proficiency in managing campaigns from start to finish to achieve objectives within the determined campaign period
  • Understanding the work processes of media vendors, publishers and influencers and aligning them to the client’s needs, including campaign timelines, KPIs and deliverables
  • Develop the creative eye in assessing the creatives and performance branded content across various digital formats, such as articles, videos, infographics and social snacks.
  • Develop a foolproof QC system for all content deployed.

 


In 12 months:


  • Use planning tools proficiently, create effective content strategies and create full campaign proposals for digital content requirements of brands
  •  Completely grasp the systems and processes of the department and propose ideas and processes that will improve the workflow 
  • Take ownership of the role of a brand guardian, ensuring that strategic and creative requirements of brands are met in digital campaigns.

 


Responsibilities of the role:


  • Pitches & Proposals: Work on pitches and proposals in collaboration with WPP Media business teams.
  • Campaign Implementation & Reporting: Lead execution from execution to billing. Create and maintain reports for all campaigns. Master & use Influencer.AI to run campaigns end-to-end. Own reporting and deliver insights that add value.
  • Partnerships: Build and extract maximum out of partnerships with creators, managers & influencer marketing agencies with the idea of building maximum value for the campaigns we undertake.
  • Negotiation & Buying: Buy more efficiently and build direct relationships with influencers, with the objective of building strong margins.

 What you will need:


  • 5+ years’ relevant experience at an influencer marketing agency.
  • Client/Agency relationships exposure and strong relationship management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities
  • Passionate – brings a genuine thrill and excitement to the role 
  • Agile – is able to be nimble in thought and action and overcome obstacles to achieve great things 
  • Collaborative – works well with others, and can align behind a shared purpose 
  • Entrepreneurial – is open to new ideas and will challenge old ones. 
  • Quick leaner, good presentation skills, and confident.
  • Enterprising, reliable and responsible.
