Job Description



Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer –to guide the product design & process usingoptimization onCFD/Spray/Chemical/Structural/Thermal domain



Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).



Conduct virtual testing using tools likeCFD-ACE+ modules,ANSYS, MATLAB, Simulink.



Analyze data, provide insights, and iterate designs based on results.



5+ years’ experience in CFD/Structural/Thermal simulations related to Semiconductor/Aero/Automotive Product Development / Manufacturing Engineering



Experience in implementingsolutionsusingStructural/CFD/Thermal simulations



Requires strong knowledge ofStructural,CFD, Heat Transfer and Pre & Post processing of CFD Tasks



Must have knowledge of commercially available CFD analysis tools such as CFD-ACE+ modules,Ansys Mesher, Ansys Fluent, Ansys WB.



Exposure toStructural – Fluid interaction,Nozzle sprayandChemicalreactions isan added advantage



Key Responsibilities



Develops and executes simulation models to test New & existing product designs.



Collaborate with stakeholders to understandproductchallenges in the CFD/Structural/Thermal space and solve them 



Automating mesh generation, solver setup, and post-processing of CFD and thermal analysis results



Building optimization pipelines for thermal and fluid systems usingclassicalequationapproachesandvalidatingthe same on simulation verification



Evaluate,validate, and benchmark model performance usingappropriate metrics



Stay updated on advancements in multi-physics simulationsand physics-informed learning techniques



Functional Knowledge



Must have in-depth knowledge ofStructural,Fluid dynamics and Heat Transfer



Strong skills in problem solving, teamwork and quality



Strong programming skills in Python and solver integration



Familiarity withoptimization andDOE



Academic Qualifications



B.E/ B. Tech, MS/M.Tech in Mechanical - Thermal and Fluids Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Flow/Thermal/Chemical Engineering domains.

Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical/electromechanical sub-systems  



Good understanding of processes related to manufacturing,Standard stock sizes, Welding, sheet metal, coatings, and plastics.
