Job Summary


We are looking for a Technical Lead responsible for the preparation, generation, and improvement of Navigation Databases to enable efficient and accurate navigation services for FMS and other navigation systems.


Key Responsibilities:


•            Software specification 


•            Design and development 


•            Testing 


•            Maintenance and technical support 


•            Prototyping new tools


These responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with aeronautical software certification standards.


We also place great importance on soft skills, adaptability, open-mindedness, and a commitment to continuous improvement, self-learning, and sharing acquired knowledge.


Must have Qualifications:


- 8-12 years’ experience in software development in C++.


- Strong Knowledge on the OOPS concepts.


- Establish and adhere to coding standards


- Ability to create specifications, design, and test documents


- Organize document reviews with quality managers


- Participate in the planning of software activities


- Familiarity in avionics with any one Aeronautical standard: DO-178, DO-330, DO-200...


- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams 


- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required


- Excellent communication and presentation skills 


- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills 


Nice to have:


- Prior experience in FMS Software life cycle, ARINC 424 and Navigation Databases.


- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.


- Ability to mentor and grow team talent 


- Experience in driving workflow and process improvements within Navigation Database sourcing and packaging 


- Demonstrated ability to visualize risks and develop mitigation strategies 


- Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach 


- Experience working in a time-constrained, dynamic environment
