An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a curious and adaptable professional with 1–5 years of experience who is interested in understanding business processes and improving them through technology. They should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and be eager to learn about systems, workflows, and project lifecycles. Prior industry expertise is not mandatory, but the candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and willing to support activities such as requirement gathering, documentation, testing, deployments, and post-launch support. Flexibility during critical project phases and a genuine interest in building a career in Business Analysis or Product Management are important.
Key Competencies:
· Interact with business teams to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations.
· Document requirements clearly and refine them based on input from stakeholders.
· Participate in requirement review or grooming discussions to ensure clarity before development starts.
· Create and maintain:
o BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) outline business needs and expected outcomes.
o User Stories and Acceptance Criteria — for development and testing reference.
· Update process flow diagrams, change logs, and requirement tracking documents as the project progresses.
· Collaborate with:
o Developers to clarify requirements,
o QA/Testers to ensure adequate test coverage, and
o UI/UX Designers to ensure solutions are user-friendly and aligned with expectations.
· Assist in reviewing preliminary solution designs, wireframes, or prototypes.
· Review QA test scenarios and test coverage.
· Support testing activities such as sandbox testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
· Perform functional and technical validation of APIs.
· Participate in walkthroughs, review meetings, and demo presentations for business stakeholders.
· Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and sign-offs during requirements, testing, and release stages.
· Share progress updates and highlight risks or issues when necessary.
· Coordinate with the Support team to understand production issues.
· Help analyze issues, validate fixes, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
· Support communication and alignment between business users and technical teams during issue resolution.
· Assist in rollout planning, user onboarding, and communication readiness for go-live.
· Help create training guides, user manuals, and SOP documents.
· Support system stabilization after deployment.
Exposure to basic familiarity with:
· Postman (functional API checks)
· JIRA or similar work-tracking/platform tools
· Visio or Draw.io (for workflow diagrams)
