Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Life Science Cloud Technology delivery lead, you will own Delivery and project for Life science cloud implementation. You are expected to have in depth knowledge of Life Science cloud as product and also experience in delivering life sciences projects.
You will collaborate with client and delivery teams to ensure quality and innovation. You will also focus on ensuring the solution is robust, reusable, and future-proof. Your role will also include mentoring team members and providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own Project delivery and solution architecture for Life science cloud implementations.
- Lead development teams and conduct design/code reviews
- Integrate Data 360 solutions into the Life science cloud workflow
- Identify and resolve platform limitations and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align architectural decisions
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the architecture

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Life sciences Cloud.
- Experience with Omnistudio, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers, Flows, Integrations
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on using design patterns and best practices
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems
- Experience with deployment, testing automation, DevOps practice
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Information:
Certifications Required:
- Data 360 Consultant – Mandatory
- Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce Java script and Agentforce Specialist certification – Desirable
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce Life science.
