Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes align with organizational goals. You will also participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of new technologies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through well-structured documentation and process design.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) consultants have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based integration solutions on SAP BTP.
Proven ability to integrate SAP systems such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba with non-SAP applications.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing iFlows, configuring adapters (SOAP, REST, SFTP, OData), and performing message mappings.
Strong proficiency in middleware integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Experienced in providing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise integration landscapes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
