Role Summary
The Business Operations Professional is responsible for end-to-end operational governanceacross accounts, clusters, and programs. The role ensurespredictable delivery operations, financial hygiene, capacity readiness, AI value realization tracking, and growth enablement, while acting as thesingle source of truth for leadership, customers, and GTM stakeholders. This role is execution oriented, data driven, and outcome focused, with strong stakeholder orchestration across Delivery, RMO, and Leadership.
