Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview:At Raptee.HV, this role focuses on building the business around the vehicle.
You’ll work on partnerships that support growth across payments, ownership, and scale, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes rather than sales activity.
The work is practical and hands-on, with clear ownership and direct exposure to leadership.
If you’re comfortable with numbers, conversations, and follow-through, this role makes sense.
What you’ll actually do
  • Build and manage B2B partnerships across payments, finance, insurance, warranties, parts-side programs, and other business enablers
  • Evaluate partners on commercials, margins, customer value, and long-term fit
  • Help structure new programs and take them from discussion to rollout
  • Track partner performance, costs, and outcomes with clear, simple metrics
  • Support leadership with comparisons, summaries, and sharp recommendations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships actually land well on ground
