Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the infrastructure segment across India Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, EPC contractors, consultants, and private developers Drive product specifications, approvals, and inclusion in large infrastructure projects Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth strategies Provide technical support during product trials and project execution phases Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with internal teams and global partners Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and client training sessions Collaborate with international technology partners for product updates, troubleshooting, and knowledge exchange Monitor market trends, tender pipelines, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities Support pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions Provide feedback for product development based on market and customer insights What Makes You a Great Fit 8–12 years of experience in business development within specialty chemicals or infrastructure-related industries Strong technical understanding of infrastructure materials and their applications Proven experience working with government bodies, contractors, and large infrastructure projects Hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and field applications Excellent techno-commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical and business priorities Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and international teams Experience in driving product specifications and approvals in infrastructure projects Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Willingness to travel extensively and manage projects across multiple regions
