Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Infrastructure Projects, specifically Bridge Projects, and proven Gulf experience.
Position Details:
* Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)
* Experience: Minimum 15+ years
* Mandatory: Gulf experience in infrastructure/bridge projects
* Location: Mumbai / Africa (based on project requirements and mutual discussion)
* Compensation: ₹40-50 LPA (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business development activities for infrastructure and bridge projects
* Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially in Gulf regions
* Lead proposal development, negotiations, and project acquisition
* Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in Business Development / Tendering / Sales within Infrastructure projects
GCC / international Infrastructure projects is must
