Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Tasks
Requirements management – helping business implement
technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determin
ing the requirements of a use-case and communicating
them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Assisting in requirements gathering, analysis, testing of in
coming user requests, including effectively documenting
and articulating tactical and strategic requirements to
management, business stakeholders, and developers for
developing solutions.
Producing business process diagrams, process maps,
system diagrams, logical data models, business require
ments, gap analysis, report specifications and other docu
mentation as required for use-case analysis, planning and
design.
Identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifi
cations
At least 3-5 years hands-on experience as a business an
alyst, gathering/defining business requirements and
re-engineering business processes.
Written and verbal communication, including technical
writing skills in English. Outstanding interviewing, listen
ing and negotiation skills are required.
Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
Business case development.
Modeling techniques and methods.
Experience in facilitating discussions, leading focus
groups with various levels of end-users, including senior
management.
Time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills, innovative and creative approach.
Strong customer orientation.
Structured and methodical way of working and profes
sional appearance.
