An Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who is technically strong retail application support professional with proven experience in supporting LS Retail, SAP S/4HANA, POS systems, and end‑user environments. The role requires hands‑on expertise in incident and request handling, POS configuration and troubleshooting, remote hardware support, SAP user administration, and monitoring of jobs, integrations, and replications. The ideal candidate will be ITIL‑aligned, SLA‑driven, comfortable coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and capable of providing reliable remote support to ensure smooth retail store operations.
Key Competencies:
An ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in L1/L2 application and end‑user support, particularly within retail environments, with strong working knowledge of LS Retail 2017, SAP S/4HANA, POS systems, and related retail applications. The candidate should be proficient in incident management using ITSM tools, SLA adherence, and ITIL processes, along with the ability to support POS configurations, item and price updates, promotions, and transaction issues. Experience in remote hardware support for store IT, basic SAP user administration, support of P2P/O2C processes, job monitoring, and coordination with functional teams is essential. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, combined with an understanding of retail operations and inventory workflows, are key to success in this role.
