What would you do? Manage and maintain aircraft configuration and component records to ensure spares availability and compliance. Ensure SB/AD incorporation tracking and validate compliance status. What are we looking for? Someone with strong aircraft maintenance/configuration exposure (even 1–2 years is fine if hands-on). Ability to work with technical manuals and aircraft documentation (IPC, CMM, ARC, logbooks). Someone comfortable coordinating with OEMs and internal stakeholders to close missing data gaps. A person with high attention to detail, since wrong configuration data directly impacts fleet operations. Aviation tools/systems like AMOS, TRAX, CAMP (or similar maintenance data systems). Understanding of ATA chapters and aircraft system breakdowns. Knowledge of EASA/FAA/DGCA continuing airworthiness requirements (Part 145 exposure is a plus). Strong reporting and data handling skills using Excel/MS Office/Google Workspace.
Roles and Responsibilities: Review and validate SB/AD compliance incorporation. Analyze and extract technical information from AirnavX, IPC, CMM, ARC, aircraft logbooks/manuals. Coordinate with OEMs/manufacturers for updates and spare-related data. Maintain accurate aircraft configuration/spares records for compliance and decision-making. Work with IT and client teams to ensure system integration and data synchronization. Participate in technical analysis, peer reviews, and audits to meet deadlines and quality standards.
