About the Role
As the Brand & Campaigns Manager, you will lead Lenovo India’s B2B brand strategy and campaign execution for the commercial business.
You will be responsible for building brand awareness, differentiation, and credibility across key segments, while delivering integrated campaigns and experiences that drive both brand impact and business outcomes.
This role works closely with segment marketing, channel marketing, regional teams, product teams, and global brand teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand execution across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive Lenovo’s commercial brand strategy in India, aligned with global positioning and narrative
Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across digital, physical, and partner channels
Drive integrated brand campaigns, including:
Enterprise-focused campaigns
BU-specific campaigns across IDG, ISG and SSG
Product and solution launches
Ensure consistent brand messaging, storytelling, and visual identity across all campaigns and touchpoints
Partner with segments (KA/MM), channel, and regional marketing teams to ensure strong in-market execution
Drive innovation in campaign formats, content, and distribution strategies to enhance differentiation
Leverage digital platforms, marketing automation, and AI tools to maximize reach, engagement, and personalization
Own performance tracking across:
Brand lift (ACP metrics)
Engagement and reach
Conduct deep-dive campaign analysis and synthesize insights from market research, competitive intelligence, and performance data
Manage agency ecosystem across briefing, creative development, execution, and outcomes tracking
Guide and govern brand activations to ensure high-quality, consistent execution
Own brand stewardship and ensure relevance, consistency, and impact of Lenovo’s flagship customer event – TechWorld
Recommend and manage campaign budgets to achieve optimal reach, frequency, and outcomes
Ensure strong governance across budget tracking, reporting, and compliance (POE)
What We Are Looking For
8+ years of experience in B2B brand strategy, marketing, or communications
Strong understanding of technology landscape (PC, infrastructure, services preferred)
Proven track record in building brand awareness, consideration, and preference (ACP)
Experience in leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns at scale
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics
Ability to translate strategy into high-impact execution
Strong analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decisions and performance optimization
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working with agencies and global teams in a matrix organization
