An Ideal Candidate:
As a Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) in Credit card sales, he/she will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products in various distribution point which include Airport, Railway Junction, BPCL, IOCL, HPCL PUMP, Reliance Stores, Max Store, Lifestyle Stores, Malls etc. He/she will play key role in driving credit card sourcing while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Competencies:
·Proactively approach potential customers and pitch them regarding our different credit card products. Promoting and Sourcing Credit Card product from various Distribution Point (Airport, BPCL Pump, IOCL Pump, Reliance, Malls, Max Store, Lifestyle etc.) Effectively communicate the Feature, Benefits, and other details of various Credit Card. Utilize persuasive Sales Techniques to convert leads into Applications for Dispatch.
·Build a report with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable credit card options. Provide accurate information about application procedures, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements. Adress customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
·Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales target for credit card acquisitions. Implement given strategic sales plans to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify for business growth.
·Ensure all credit card applications are accurately completed and submitted with required documentation. Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory, guidelines during the sales process. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data protection regulations.
·Sustain the relationship with Vendor/partners.
