Bookkeeper & Accounting Support Specialist – (Multi-Client) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST) Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that.

This is clean books, tight deadlines, and real ownership over financial accuracy.

This role owns the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial operations across one or multiple businesses.
You’ll handle day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close processes to ensure clean, reliable books that business owners and finance teams can trust.
By keeping records organized and up to date, you directly support better decision-making and eliminate the chaos caused by late or inaccurate financials.
What You'll Actually Do Transaction coding, reconciliations, AP/AR support, invoicing, and collections follow-up.
Month-end prep and close checklists shipped on a tight, consistent cadence Clean books and timely documentation kept ready for the owner, CPA, or finance lead Recurring finance reports, cash updates, and close summaries delivered on schedule Expense review, vendor follow-up, invoice workflows, and recordkeeping owned end to end Expectations Maintain clean, accurate books at all times with zero unexplained discrepancies Complete monthly reconciliations and close processes on time (day 10 or faster) Handle high transaction volume ($100k+ / 150+ transactions monthly) with consistency and precision Keep all financial records, documentation, and reports organized and audit-ready Deliver timely financial reports, cash updates, and summaries to stakeholders Manage AP/AR, invoicing, and collections with follow-through and attention to detail Communicate clearly with owners, CPAs, and internal teams regarding financial status Take full ownership of accuracy, deadlines, and financial integrity Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting support experience 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero Experience reconciling 3+ accounts monthly for at least 12 months Experience managing $100k+ in monthly transactions or 150+ transactions per month Ability to close books by day 10 or faster for 6 consecutive months, or manage 10+ client books simultaneously Benefits Faster Hiring Process: We move quickly, communicate clearly, and don’t leave candidates guessing Better Role Matching: You’re placed in roles where you can actually perform and grow, not just fill a seat Real Upside: Strong performers unlock raises, long-term stability, and future opportunities Work With U.
