BMC

4 to 12 years' IT experience
* Should have worked in Applications Managed Services and Consulting Services environment
* Experience on UNIX/Windows operating system and ITIL framework is an advantage.
* Excellent in troubleshooting ITSM applications, integrations, customizations.
* Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required.
* Should be customer facing.
* Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
* Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekend and ready to be on-call to support priority issues.
* Work with the developers and other technical staff to translate business requirements to system design. Create requirements documentation, test plans, test cases and conduct functional testing, as needed.
* Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, as needed.
* Assist in the creation or modification of process, knowledge base or training documentation
* Should be able to demo the ITSM applications to business users

* Experience in Administration, Operations, Customizations, Integrations, Performance tuning, Patch implementation, Upgrades and development of ITSM remedy
* Follow the ITIL standard best processes.

* As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
* You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
* You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
* You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines
* Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
