We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer / BIM Specialist – IBMS & Security Systems with 5–10 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for building infrastructure projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and Electronic Security Systems, supporting both domestic and international (GDC) projects.

• Develop and manage BIM models for IBMS and Security Systems using Revit and related BIM platforms.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordinated BIM models.
• Model and coordinate systems including:
  • Building Management System (BMS)
  • Integrated Building Management System (IBMS)
  • CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems
  • Video Management Systems (VMS)
  • Perimeter Security Systems
• Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP, Architectural, Structural, and ELV teams for model integration.
• Support design reviews, quantity extraction, and project documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with domestic and international stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
• BIM certification will be an added advantage.

• 5–10 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Experience in Design Consultancy and GDC projects.
• Proven experience in IBMS and Security Systems design/modeling.
• Exposure to commercial buildings, data centers, airports, metro, healthcare, hospitality, or large infrastructure projects.

• Autodesk Revit (Mandatory)
• Navisworks Manage
• AutoCAD
• BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)
• MS Office Suite

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and global project environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working on international codes and standards will be preferred.
