Role description: Apply Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work Perform a role in accordance with the Arcadis behavioral framework.

Ability to provide leadership and technical advice to junior team members Competent with BIM processes and tools (Civil3D) Competent with the methodologies and techniques for developing BIM Models, Federated models, and clash analysis Undertake a leading assurance role to quality-assure outputs (e.
g., drawings, reports, specifications, etc.
) to ensure that they meet or exceed expectations as well as Arcadis’s requirements and that they comply with national standards and codes of practice Good understanding and Knowledge of international codes like DMRB, along with various other International Codal Practices and Standards, CAD Standards for more than one County councils in the UK.
Project Experience using various DMRB standards.
Experience in MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Full understanding of UK units of measure.
Role accountabilities: Responsible for end-to-end project delivery for Highway Drainage and Urban drainage related tasks.
Preparation / Finalization of various Drainage-related drawings at various stages of projects.
Preparation of project progress and status reports Ability to be able to work and manage the team, guide, and mentor them Should have worked for UK Projects and must be conversant with DMRB and various County specifications and standards.
Good Experience in managing tasks in International Projects –United Kingdom (desirable), Middle East, US and any other developed countries.
Software: Civil 3D/ Micro Station –CAD Standard Tools and Design Standard tools Qualifications & Experience: ITI/ Diploma /B.
E / BTech in Civil Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in a Design Consulting Environment as on date of application.
Minimum of 6 years of working experience for International Design Projects for Highway Drainage / Urban Drainage and a minimum of 3 years of working experience for UK projects in delivering on various multiple project deliverables with BIM compliance.
Having work experience in Design & Build Projects is an added advantage.
Overall requirements, roles and responsibilities will be as per the GEC India Career Framework document.
