Position:BI/Reporting Engineer II

Job Description:What you'll be doing:
  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove Impediments:Proactively identify and remove blockers (technical, procedural, or environmental) hindering the team’s progress.
  • Servant Leadership:Guide and coach the team on Scrum principles, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Product Owner Support:Assist the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and story splitting to ensure a healthy backlog.
  • Metric Tracking:Monitor team velocity, sprint burndowns, and other key agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster Culture:Promote a culture of transparency, courage, and commitment within the team.
  • Agile Mentorship:Mentor the team on "Definition of Done," automated testing, and agile best practices

What we're looking for:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
