As a Workforce Analytics Associate in the HR Workforce Analytics team, you will translate reporting needs into sustainable solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Human Resources and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting, insights, and visualizations while supporting continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.


Job responsibilities
  • Translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient, and sustainable reporting solutions
  • Analyze large volumes of sensitive data to generate insights and identify trends
  • Deliver ad hoc and standard reports and data visualizations to stakeholders across geographies and businesses
  • Leverage available tools and processes to provide timely reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of self-service reporting products on the Workforce Analytics portal
  • Participate in scheduled testing of data elements related to integrations, fixes, and product upgrades
  • Audit report outputs and proactively manage data quality through ongoing checks
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear reporting deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize insights and recommend solutions
  • High attention to detail with strong organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly and concisely
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Exposure to Oracle HCM and HR process improvement initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
  • Working knowledge of SQL and basic extract-transform-load concepts (Alteryx preferred)
  • Experience with Tableau, QlikView, or another data visualization tool
  • Exposure to Databricks
  • Advanced skills in Business Objects and Microsoft Excel
