BI Analytics Developer: Key Responsibilities Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau Translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions Implement and validate complex business logic within reporting layers Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and transformation Work with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses) for data sourcing Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including defect resolution and enhancements Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and QA teams Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and usability Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Power BI and/or Tableau Advanced proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, performance tuning) Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices Experience with Excel (advanced functions) and VBA Ability to implement complex business logic in reporting tools Experience working in Asset Management / Financial Services domain Nice to Have Basic familiarity with dbt (data build tool) Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction Ability to work in Agile / fast-paced environments
