We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP ETF Operations

In this role, you will be:

• Provide day-to-day assistance to the Exchange-traded fund (ETF) business and support the overall business proposition. The role will involve liaison with various teams across Asset Management Group(AMG), the Management Company and service providers to support new fund launches, exchange listings and to deal with day-to-day operational matters, providing specialist Exchange-traded fund (ETF) operations input.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful development and implementation of new products and processes.
• Identify areas for process enhancements; implement processes and controls to support business growth in line with the overall Funds strategy and in collaboration with the Management Company to ensure that the service providers are part of this process.
• Provide assistance to Portfolio Management and Capital Markets teams to address and resolve any identified corporate actions, Net Asset value(NAV) valuation, primary market, trade and reconciliation issues. Assist with account transition requirements (account openings, transfers, in-specie, fund realignments, etc) with internal/external service providers.
• Serve as liaison between the onshore Exchange-traded fund (ETF) Operations team and Asset Management Group(AMG) India Infrastructure and Support areas for Exchange-traded fund (ETF) and Passive fund related operational queries.
• Develop and sustain awareness of the Operational Risk scenarios associated with the role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations, ensuring regulatory and internal audit standards are always achieved.

To be successful you will be:

• Current and practical knowledge of the Funds business, specifically Exchange-traded fund (ETF)
• A demonstrable and proven track record of providing operational support to an Exchange-traded fund (ETF)  platform and working within an Exchange-traded fund (ETF) operating model
• Equally comfortable working individually in a self-directed mode or within a team

• Post Graduate Degree in Finance with 7 to 12 years experience. Project Management skills
• Fund Administration experience
• Trade Support experience
