The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and deliver scalable intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath and supporting technologies.
The role supports operational excellence by improving efficiency, accuracy, compliance and scalability of business processes across functions within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and UiPath.
Develop automation components using VBA and Python for data handling, integration and enhancements.
Implement document automation solutions including OCR, structured and semi structured data extraction, validations and exception handling.
Prepare and maintain automation documentation including BRD, PDD, SDD and User Manuals.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams; translate requirements into automation designs Support UAT, production deployment and hypercare KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES: Certification: PL‑500 – Power Automate Desktop PL‑300 – Power BI UiPath Certified Professional / Associate Specific Business Knowledge: Low‑code / No‑code: Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), AI Builder, Co-pilot, Azure Function.
RPA Tools: UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding) Document Automation (OCR, validations, exception handling) Programming & Scripting: VBA, Python Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology Analytics & Reporting: Power BI GenAI exposure and Agentic AI literacy – Good to have Strong documentation and business analysis skills PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Education: Any Graduate Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Automation / Intelligent Automation.
Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
