Executive Summary
The Automaton and Data – Analyst will work with intelligent automation and data management teams within Consumer & Community Banking Finance. You will build and maintain automation solutions using the firm's intelligent automation (IA) toolset and supporting core data platforms (Databricks, Data Ownership Access Management). This is an execution-focused position for professionals with 3+ years of experience who can deliver across both disciplines in a fast-paced transformation setting, offering significant exposure to cutting-edge automation and data initiatives that shape the future of Consumer & Community Banking Finance.
Role Overview
As an early-career professional in CCB's transformation team, you contribute hands-on across automation development and data operations. You execute across the full solution lifecycle—discovery through implementation—helping Finance teams reduce manual effort through governed automation while strengthening underlying data foundations.
Job Responsibilities:
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of experience across automation, data management, or related technology delivery
- Experience and knowledge of IS toolsets like UiPath, Python, and Alteryx, and familiarity with Databricks
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills with both technical and business audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
This role is based in Bengaluru, with an evening shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST). The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
