Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure the successful delivery of Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) Sub-Systems that meet customer expectations and align with the System Delivery Plan across multiple projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and execution of ATS solutions, and you’ll continuously contribute to process improvements within your discipline.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the team’s capacity and workload, but also coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their technical and methodological skills.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments for the ATS domain
Implementing and adhering to quality processes within the domain
Managing human resources allocated to the ATS domain, including staffing and team development
Defining and implementing department orientations and technological evolutions
Coaching and mentoring team members to build expertise and ensure skill development
Contributing to the definition and implementation of discipline processes, including methods and tools
Promoting and developing expertise within the department in alignment with global engineering standards
Communicating company updates and department activities effectively
Fostering a culture of collaboration and promoting Alstom’s values within the team
All about you

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Instrumentation Engineering
12 to 15 years of demonstrated experience in software, functional, or system configuration, integration, and testing
Experience in Automatic Train Supervision (ATS), Central Control Centers, Train Management Systems, signalling principles, avionics, or SCADA automation
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office tools, and OOPs concepts
Familiarity with OPC, XML, SQL, and networking fundamentals
Proficiency in building test scenarios, analyzing field defects, and preparing automated testing setups
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of 10+ members
