Job Title: Assistant Manager-SCM

  • Work Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in similar industry

Summary:




  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure on-time material delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate material dispatch from vendors
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (on-time delivery, quality defects, responsiveness).
  • Review material requirements based on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) runs and production plans.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for GRN (Goods Receipt Note),
  • Monitor inbound and outbound logistics for timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality norms.
  • Maintain effective communication with local suppliers for fabrication components.
  • Resolve daily supply issues such as shortages, quality discrepancies, or transport delays.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and strategic procurement teams on long-term supplier agreements
