The Role• Research, write and edit documentation such as configuration guides, user’s guides and other related technical materials
• Develop an in-depth understanding of products to efficiently manage and deliver complex software documentation that meets the needs of the target audience
• Work closely with development teams, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to continually improve documentation
• Utilize ticket tracking system to ensure tasks stay on track and deadlines are met
• Apply design and style guides to existing documentation to ensure consistent look and feel across the documentation library

Your Impact

• Bachelor's degree in Technical/Professional Writing, English, Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
• 0-2 years of experience developing software or technical documentation
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics and software applications
• Keen eye for detail
• Thorough understanding of how to translate complex information into concise, easy-to-follow instructions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills





What You'll Need

• Exposure to XML-based documentation authoring software, such as MadCap Flare
• Knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira and Jama
