• Bachelor's degree in Technical/Professional Writing, English, Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
• 0-2 years of experience developing software or technical documentation
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics and software applications
• Keen eye for detail
• Thorough understanding of how to translate complex information into concise, easy-to-follow instructions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exposure to XML-based documentation authoring software, such as MadCap Flare
• Knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira and Jama
