Trane Technologies is creating a core team of individuals who will support in achieving our 2030 Climate Commitment of reducing Carbon emissions by 1GigaTon. For this purpose, we are announcing an opportunity for development of several Digital products for making our products more efficient, effective and reliable. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional across Globe and build Digital products which will leverage AI-ML and other cutting edge technologies.

What you will do:


In this role you will: 


  • Be a great team player and interact with cross-functional teams across the globe.
  • Be doing a great lot of research in field of AI-ML and come up with fast-track solutions for problems being presented
  • Be a problem solver and possess a Go-Getter attitude
  • Think of solutions outside of box and contribute to innovation culture
  • Be inclusive and mindful of the team needs and be able to take everyone together in accomplishing the organization goals.
  • Mentor/Coach/Train the juniors or new joiners of the team and bring them up to speed in the project.

What you will bring:


  • Great coding skills with algorithm building skills and expert in programming logic building.
  • Extensive experience in Full Stack Development using ReactJS, Python and AI Libraries
  • Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs of project methodology
  • Well versed in Agile way of execution. Knowledge of Kanban Methodology also an advantage.
  • AWS or other cloud certification is an advantage.
  • Able to create designs, participate in platform architecture related discussions and offer well informed solutions
  • Able to interact and collaborate with global stakeholders and gather requirements and translate into stories and implement the same in the project.
  • Align to Trane Technologies culture of innovation, productivity and inclusive leadership principles.
  • Strong database skills (SQL and NoSql)
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development
  • Strong Linux background
  • Strong focus on testing (TDD/BDD, unit tests, mocking frameworks)
  • Building highly scalable / reliable applications
  • Application Security background
  • DevSecOps Knowledge
