We are looking for an Associate STEM Content Analyst to join our Patent Biblio Curation-Classification Review Team. This is a great opportunity to work in the Intellectual Property (IP) space, focusing on patent bibliographic data curation.
About You
Must be a graduate in B.Sc/M.Sc - Mathematics, Physics (includes Allied Courses) (Freshers Preferred)
Should have knowledge & understanding of the process in Patents and Patents Search an advantage.
Must possess excellent English written and verbal communication skill along with computer literacy.
It would be great if you also had
Good understanding of Patents & computers including MS office.
What will you be doing in this role?
Data correction & Standardizing Patent Bibliographic information, and creation of Patent families in line with editorial policies and conventions.
Consistently meet defined production volume and quality targets
Track and record performance against assigned targets
Stay updated on developments within relevant technology domains
Ensure high and consistent quality in all deliverables
About the Team
The Biblio Curation team a has 23 professionals, reporting to the Content Editing Team Manager (Muthujeyanthi Ganapathymoorthy). We focuse on correcting and standardizing patent bibliographic data and creating patent families aligned with editorial standards. The team works across different workflows, including Patentees, Conversion Hold (CH), Non-conversion (NC), Equivalent Review (QR), and Patent Citation Index (PCI) and Classification Review(CR). The team consists of 23 colleagues, in various roles with different experience and skill set in various domains
Hours of Work (full-time, permanent)
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, including a one-hour break.
