  • Support data pipeline development and migration efforts using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory)
  • Conduct data quality checks and proactively identify anomalies, gaps, or inconsistencies in source data
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, ESG/sustainability) to define metrics, gather requirements, and validate outputs
  • Document reporting logic, data sources, and methodology to support team knowledge continuity
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of reporting workflows, intake processes, and governance standards

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a BI, analytics, or reporting role
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts (joins, keys, data modeling)
  • Experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI or a comparable BI platform (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Ability to explain analytical work in plain language to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving orientation. Comfortable decomposing ambiguous requests into structured tasks
  • Attention to detail, particularly in data validation and QA of own work
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power Query (M language) and/or DAX
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar data engineering tools
  • Experience working with stakeholders across functions or geographies
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate technical work, paired with the judgment to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs
  • Visual design sensibility — an eye for clean, readable data visualizations and slide layouts
