The RoleThis position is responsible for owning technical aspects of project delivery for DGM’s customers. You’ll be doing the design, planning, integration, testing, training, and commissioning of hardware and software requirements on a customer system based on project specifications.

Your Impact
  • Understand project requirements through interactions with customer & internal stakeholders. Delegate tasks to other teams as necessary
  • Assess technical specification requirements for projects, evaluate risks and identify mitigation plans
  • Design, plan, integrate, test and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems
  • Provide networking and system/application design
  • Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration and perform factory functional testing for SCADA, HMI and other related functionalities
  • Prepare project documentation and assist in creating training materials as needed
  • Document and track progress of project activities, and report any technical issues


What You'll Need
  • 0-2 years experience with SCADA systems for utilities.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Electronics and Communication engineering.
  • Experience with SCADA systems, data base creation, integration of RTUs with IEC104 / IEC101 / DNP3 protocols, establishing ICCP protocol connections between control centers.
  • Knowledge of configuration of SCADA software packages, RDBMS database such as MySQL / PostreSQL, ODBC and report generation.
  • Knowledge of computer architectures, networking, databases and operating systems.
  • Flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites (expect 20% travel).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality of project delivery.
