What You Will Do:  



  • Work with the Global Supply Chain organization and lead the Global Supply Chain Design Team.
  • Lead supply chain network optimization modeling projects using Coupa Supply Chain Modeler software to perform network, transportation, and inventory optimization and/or simulation projects across Ecolab businesses.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define the network problem statement, establish scope, and align on the project plan.
  • Drive cost savings through network optimization and supply network design projects across the globe.
  • Strategize the collection of data from various standard systems and ERPs, and cleanse it into structured inputs for models using Data Guru, SQL, or other tools.
  • Improve, build, and validate baseline models, and ensure modeling accuracy meets desired levels.
  • Guide the team in developing scenarios that identify optimization opportunities across planning, manufacturing, and logistics while assessing service and cost trade-offs.
  • Independently collaborate with global stakeholders to build and validate network models in line with business constraints and rules.
  • Identify and implement network design best practices and build a Supply Chain Design center of excellence globally.
  • Develop presentations and data visualizations, calculate the financial impact of various scenarios, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Provide expert thought leadership and work effectively with limited direction.

Position Details:



  • Location: Kharadi office, Pune, India.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Reports to Senior Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
  • 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy or supply chain modeling roles
  • Experience in modeling using Coupa Supply Chain Guru software
  • Coupa Certified for - Supply Chain Design/Network Optimization/Transportation Optimization/MEIO Optimization
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading others (preferred team size: more than 5)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and data modeling
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities in a high-pressure, demanding, and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA Operations/Supply Chain OR ME/MTech Operations Research / Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in data modeling using Coupa Data Guru software
  • APICS CSCP or CPIM certification or equivalent
  • US B1 visa
