Overview This role will support the creation, set-up and ongoing management of the digital asset management operation for US. Support the new Asset Management capability within the Marketing PBUS team. The role will support the set-up, ongoing management and optimization of the Digital Asset Management operation – providing this Marketing service to PBUS and their creative agencies. This role will interface with Category, Finance teams as well as external partners (Global agencies and platforms). Responsibilities Support operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system within PepsiCo, partnering with and delivering this service to PBNA team Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions and cataloging, tagging and archiving of digital assets, ensure consistency with global solutions Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability Support embedding Asset Management within PBNA, developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, whilst advocating across marketing teams and external partners/agencies, to streamline and govern the management and optimization of digital assets Partner with PepsiCo marketing teams, agencies and third parties to build seamless process for acquiring, tagging, cataloging and managing all digital content Onboard PBNA marketing team and their agency partner to the platform, define relevant user permissions, train new users, introduce new platform functionalities to existing users Develop reports to monitor and track number of requests, usage stats etc. and build robust assessments on productivity gains, business benefits and success metrics delivered as a result of Digital Asset Management solution Produce quarterly digital reviews with PBNA teams across key success metrics Continually identify opportunities to optimize process, implementation, delivery and system functionality, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability. Generating reports on PowerBI Dashboard and metrics Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management Administration experience in two or more platforms Working with US Stakeholders Understanding of Marketing concepts is an added advantage Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
