Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international business travel including air tickets, accommodation and surface travel.
Ensure adherence to travel entitlements, approvals, and SLAs; highlight deviations and obtain approvals where required.
Act as the POC for employees on travel queries.
Liaise with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and cab vendors to ensure service delivery.
Support cost optimization initiatives.
Maintain travel data and support MIS, dashboards, compliance, and spend reports.
Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of self‑booking tools.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations (air, hotel, surface transport).
Familiarity with company travel policies, compliance and approvals.
Good coordination, communication and stakeholder managing skills.
Ability to handle high‑volume travel operations and crises travel.
Proficiency in corporate travel tools.
