About this Opportunity

Ericsson is currently looking for an experienced Associate Engineer - OSS who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing our technical capabilities in Automated Operations of Services. The successful candidate will handle a range of responsibilities, including diagnosis, rapid domain support, routine resource fulfillment, on-site technical support, in addition to organizing, managing, and conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Moreover, successful execution and implementation of change request will equally be part of this role. What you will do

• Identify, validate, and implement automatable operational activities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Re-integration/Migrate of RAN and Core Nodes to ensure seamless network operations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Python, Shell Scripting, and SQL to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and execute RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows for repetitive operational tasks.
• Develop and maintain database queries, reports, and data analysis using SQL.

What you will bring

• 2+ years of relevant OSS experience, with proficiency in Python, Shell Scripting, and SQL. Experience supporting and managing OSS solutions across multi-vendor telecom environment.
• Good Knowledge & Understanding of Python/Sql and Devops and Shell Scripting.

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications networks and protocols.
• Good Knowledge & Skills on any specific OSS (preferably ENM/NetAct).
• Hands-on experience of Integration & Migration of RAN/CORE nodes.
• Should have good knowledge & understanding of Support Processes.
• Should be customer oriented.
• Should work well under time constraints.
• Should have good oral & written communication skills.
• Should actively contribute to improvements and changes.

• Education: Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent

• Good Knowledge & Understanding of Python Linux,SQL,Devops, Automation tools, GSM, LTE, and 5G.

• Certification in Python/Java/Sq/Oracle will be an additional advantage.
