Job description

Kroll is seeking an Associate in its Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice supporting its global eDiscovery delivery operations. This role focuses on executing foundational discovery tasks while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills within a structured team environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support day-to-day eDiscovery tasks including data processing, workspace administration, review support, and productions. 


  • Perform quality control checks and follow established workflows and procedures. 


  • Maintain accurate documentation related to assigned tasks and matters. 


  • Escalate issues or discrepancies promptly to Senior Associates or Managers. 


  • Participate in training and skill development initiatives.


Essential Traits & Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Legal Studies, or related field. 


  • Experience: Typically, 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related technology roles preferred. 


  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. 


  • Familiarity with eDiscovery concepts and platforms (Relativity exposure a plus). 


  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
