Job Description Summary



Associate Director, Digital Enablement will be responsible for developing and executing data enablement and operational plans for all platforms to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our teams. Functional thought-leader, demonstrating strong leadership and comes with strong story telling capabilities. Enablement to develop, recommend and deliver digital data and solutions for Data Enablement and Operation Teams. The role will also focus on enabling strategy and operations for applicable data, platforms & AI solutions. This role requires fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring quality.

Job Description



Major accountabilities:



  • Implement enablement programs that drive productivity and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with DEO pillars to identify and prioritize digital enablement needs
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital enablement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data use cases, prioritize data initiatives, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to timelines and quality objectives
  • Ensure exemplary communication with all stakeholders through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, key events, etc.
  • Manages an efficient and high-quality team that promotes synergy and best practice sharing among resources, drives collaboration with various groups in managing high standards of communication and delivering best in class services.
  • Establish, vigorously monitor and report KPIs & take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements on user experience and other feedback mechanisms. Experience working with digital agencies would be an added advantage.
  • Be proactive in planning; anticipating change and acting in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of team goals and metrics.
  • Drive entrepreneurial mind set and enable teams in building the business cases, creating success stories, ensure team members are fully stimulated, challenged and engaged for bringing business outcomes.

Essential Requirement:



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders through effective presentations and video solutions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
