Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop integration plan and roadmap.
Explicitly reference MDM strategy and Snowflake‑based ecosystems in requirements
Emphasize architectural (Medallion architecture & Snowflake experience) understanding and platform‑level integration experience
Retain leadership and influence expectations (this is not a purely technical role)
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and data governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and recommend improvements.
Essential Requirements:
Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts: data mastering, golden records, survivorship rules, hierarchies, downstream integrations
Solid technical grounding in Snowflake: data modeling and platform‑level integration patterns
Experience integrating MDM platforms with Snowflake‑centric data ecosystems
Ability to translate MDM strategy into business‑level outcomes, not just tooling discussions
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on leadership and enablement.
Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data management tools and software.
Desirable Requirement:
10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.
5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges.
Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
