The Team 
The Creative Services Team plays a pivotal role in transforming complex ideas into impactful communication. From designing presentations and proposals to designing thought leadership reports, marketing collateral, and scalable templates, the team ensures every deliverable is polished, consistent, and on-brand. Whether it’s refining slides, simplifying complex data into crisp visuals, or creating innovative templates, they bring creativity and precision to every output. With expertise in visual storytelling, data simplification, and design strategy, they enable consultants to communicate insights with clarity and authority – turning everyday presentations into client-ready stories that leave a lasting impression. 

How you will contribute
As a member of the A&M Creative Services team, you will:
  • Create branded marketing materials including user journeys, presentation designs, animations, pitch-decks,emailers, newsletters, posters, banners, editorials, digital assets, recruitment materials, and infographic
  • Develop and present innovative concepts for new projects and campaigns
  • Design engaging digital assets and social media content
  • Develop brand identities, logos, and packaging designs
  • Edit and segment video clips according to client specifications
  • Focus on building and strengthening business partnerships with A&M Global to enhance collaboration anddrive growth
  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve and innovate creativesolutions
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth and maintain a high standard ofdesign quality across the team.

Qualifications 
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety ofdesign work
  • Master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related fiel
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as wellas other relevant design and editing tools
  • Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to produce visually compelling designs that align with brandguidelines
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all design work, including layout, typography, and colour
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with otherdesigners, marketing teams, and clients
