Associate Content Support Analyst



We are seeking an Associate Content Support Analyst to join our ExLibris team in Chennai, India. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Alma Library Management System (Ex Libris). The Technical Support Analyst provides quality and efficient service to our customers. In this role,you’lldive into complex technical challenges, working with SQL databases and cloud environments to support our global customers.



About You



  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in relevant field (MLIS, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering)



  • Must have minimum 1 year experience in technical customer service.



It would be great if you also had… 



  • Familiarity with Research Office practices & Digital library experience
  • Familiarity with librarianship practices/information science – cataloguing, classification, search, and referencing
  • SQL experience

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?



  • Analyzingand solving complex issues in the customer's environment



  • Providing professional and high-level customer support on Ex Libris products



  • Working as a team member and collaborating with other teams



  • Daily communication with customers via CRM systems, emails, and phone calls



  • Collaborating with other groups in the company, such as Product Management and account managers



Hours of Work (Mon to Fri)


Rotational shift based on the requirements. 40 hours/week with 9 hours a day with one hour break.
