Your Impact:

We are seeking an OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Associate Consultant with knowledge in OpenText VIM and IC4S. The selected candidate will work supporting VIM solution.

What the role offers:

• Configure and support OpenText VIM and IC4S in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Manage VIM workflows, Inbound configuration, PO/NPO/Down Payment document processing configuration, approval workflow, Block workflow and exception handling.
• Implement business rules and configurations.
• Troubleshoot VIM workflow errors, OCR extraction problems, and invoice posting issues.
• Configure and maintain IC4S including OCR extraction logic, validation rules, and master-data matching.
• Manage integration between IC4S and VIM for automated invoice processing.
• Improve extraction accuracy through continuous training and collaboration with business users.

What you need to succeed:

• 1-2 years working in VIM support, and/or maintenance of customizations on top of VIM
• Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM and IC4S solutions.
• Knowledge or project experience with OpenText VIM and IC4S solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP development skills is a plus.
• Good to have knowledge on SAP P2P / Accounts Payable processes.
• Good oral and written communication
• AI literacy
