As a Client Data Management Professional / Lead within our Client Data Management Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will execute and oversee client reference data operations for accuracy and compliance. You will provide ongoing support to business users, resolving data-related queries and issues. You will participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing for data-related projects.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update client and company records in data platforms, including CRM systems.
  • Monitor and manage data hierarchies, ensuring accurate mapping of company structures.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for client reference data and master platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data quality standards and support initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in data remediation projects to address legacy issues and support transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data governance policies.
  • Contribute to documentation and refinement of data management processes and SOPs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :


  • Proven experience in Asset Management operations and/or data management.
  • Strong understanding of client reference data and business operations.
  • Solid academic background with analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to proactively solve issues and add value to existing functions.
  • Experience in a data-centric and process-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and operational risk management.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and recommend feasible solutions.
  • Proficiency with databases and data analysis software; SQL, Python, Business Objects, or Alteryx 
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to engage with global, cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with data remediation and process automation.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and data quality control.
  • Ability to document and refine SOPs and process guides.
  • Experience in operational risk management.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, collaborative environment.
