Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL (ETL), and Power BI (including DAX).
• Experience in data visualization, dashboard storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Visier, Talent Hub, or Oracle BI is a plus.
• Exposure to labor market analytics, predictive modeling, or organizational consulting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
