We work to international design standards and regulations, ensuring our contributions meet the highest benchmarks of quality and innovation.   At GDSC, you’ll be empowered to collaborate across borders, grow your expertise, and make a meaningful impact on infrastructure and development projects that shape communities worldwide.   As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center,  hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.    Key Deliverables:  The selected candidate will be responsible for:  •    Model building and drawings of building services elements.  •    Basic design calculations.  •    Duct & pipe sizing. •   MEP Clash coordination •    Knowledge of LODs & BSRIA standards.  •    Quantities take off based design drawings.  •    Carrying out checking of drawings.  •    Coordination between other MEP disciplines, such as Electrical, Plumbing services.  •    Work within time limits to complete deliverables on time     Candidate Specification:  •    Be a degree holder in Mechanical/Refrigeration and AC or equivalent in respective engineering discipline.  •    Should have 5+ years of experience in drafting of HVAC systems, ducting and piping design, plant room layout, Schematics, sections etc.  •    Have good experience in relevant design software such as MicroStation/Open building design, REVIT, BIM 360, NavisWorks, Revizto, Knowledge in Dynamo is preferred.   •    Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards work, be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills  We can offer (subject to Company’s policy): - Agile and safe working environment - Competitive annual leave and sick leaves - Group incentive scheme - Group term life insurance, Workmen’s compensation and Group medical insurance coverage - Short and Long-term Global employment opportunities - Global collaboration and knowledge sharing - Digital Innovation and Transformation   Equality, diversity and inclusion We put equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of our business, seeking to promote fair employment procedures and practices to ensure equal opportunities for all.
