Job Purpose



The primary purpose of this role is to support and manage the day to day operational delivery of P2P activity for Learning & HR Services supporting all businesses across GSK. Together with a small team of P2P Coordinators the role will be a key point of contact for L&D and HR Function as well as customers requiring advice and support.



Key Responsibilities



Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role



  • Identify and lead activity to improve the various processes associated with P2P processes wherever possible



  • Liaise closely with L&D and HR Finance business partner in managing PO spend for these functions with primary responsibility to:



    • Support and participate on projects ranging from leading after action reviews (AARs) to implementing process improvement efforts across Third Party Services.



  • Manage the process to provide regular management/adhoc reports related to the use of third parties in the delivery of learning & HR services.



  • Supervise and manage the activities of a small team of P2P Coordinators.



  • Manage and Monitor central learning budgets for global programmes and HR Services budgets by ensuring that local cost centres are cross charged appropriately



  • Maintain data integrity in tracking tools and PowerBI dashboards



  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to identify and implement areas of improvement to reporting operations and data processes and ensure efficient operations with the offshore service teams.



  • Support the customer experience for all HR and learning vendors



  • Support the development of enriched P2P related Procurement supplier data, linking together master data sources (ERP, ARIBA, external tools) with transaction level detail to enable detailed analysis and generate insights.



  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to identify and implement areas of improvement to reporting operations and data processes and ensure efficient operations with the offshore service teams.



  • Use ServiceNow to monitor activities and continually improve the systems and processes associated with the service.




Experience & Skills Required:



  • 5 or more years of relevant experience.



  • Working knowledge of tools e.g., ServiceNow, Ariba, SAP



  • Ability to manage a small team and work across a larger team to ensure alignment and communication



  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills



  • Strong written communication (language and grammar), excellent verbal communication and listening skills



  • Work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and handle pressure and multiple projects



  • Good working knowledge of GSK processes in CERPS required to raise a purchase order and pay an invoice across E2E process



  • Understanding of cost centre structures and how to track spend against



  • Good working knowledge on supplier set up a supplier in CERPS



  • Intermediate skill level on Excel e.g. Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc , Use of Share Point and PowerBI



  • Customer service experience



  • Good understanding of business function and context e.g. specific regulatory requirements, standard practice etc.



  • Understand root cause of issues, effectively problem solve and implement continuous improvement initiatives
