We are searching for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Infrastructure Operations team as an Assistant Manager - Command Center Monitoring. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the command center's monitoring activities, ensuring that our systems and processes are robust and efficient. You will lead a team of monitoring specialists, guiding them to refine and optimize our monitoring strategies, and ensuring prompt and effective response to any alerts or incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the command center's monitoring activities, ensuring the timely detection and resolution of potential issues.
  • Refine and enhance monitoring processes and strategies to improve overall system performance and stability.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incident escalations, ensuring a swift and efficient response to any critical issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to align monitoring efforts with business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications:
