Job Summary




We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Executive to manage end‑to‑end order processing (order punching) in SAP, support the sales team, and ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Excel, hands‑on experience in sales operations, and exposure to SAP, which will be a key advantage.





Key Responsibilities



  • Punch and process customer sales orders in SAP accurately and within defined timelines
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution
  • Monitor order lifecycle from order creation to dispatch and billing
  • Maintain and update order data, pricing, schemes, and customer information in SAP
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel
  • Track pending orders, deliveries, and invoicing; resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Support sales teams with data analysis, order status updates, and operational queries
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, approvals, and audit requirements


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Order Management
  • Strong hands‑on experience in Order Punching / Order Processing
  • SAP experience is an advantage (SD module preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Good understanding of sales processes, pricing, and commercial operations
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and process orientation
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to handle high volumes of orders under tight timelines
