What this job involves:


The Assistant Manager – Program Execution will support the tracking and execution of key initiatives across the India account. Working closely with the India Enablement Lead, you will help coordinate across multiple teams, maintain program trackers, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress, risks, and outcomes. This is an execution-focused role suited for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn program management in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will maintain and update program trackers, action plans, and timelines across multiple initiatives, coordinate with different teams to collect inputs and ensure alignment on tasks, and compile updates into structured weekly and monthly reports. This role requires you to identify potential risks or delays through regular tracking, ensure accuracy and consistency of data across trackers and reports, and use standardized templates and formats for tracking and reporting to keep programs moving smoothly.


What your day-to-day will look like:


  • Maintain and update program trackers, action plans, and timelines across multiple initiatives, following up with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure progress against milestones
  • Track deliverables and highlight delays or gaps, proactively identifying potential risks or delays through regular tracking and maintaining risk and issue logs
  • Coordinate with different teams to collect inputs and ensure alignment on tasks, supporting communication across stakeholders to keep programs moving smoothly
  • Compile updates into structured weekly and monthly reports, supporting preparation of dashboards and leadership summaries and assisting in organizing and tracking outcomes from governance meetings
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across trackers and reports, maintaining organized documentation of plans, updates, and decisions
  • Support analysis to identify trends or gaps, escalating concerns to the Program Lead when needed
  • Assist in managing dependencies across workstreams and contribute to improving tracking mechanisms and ways of working
  • Use standardized templates and formats for tracking and reporting, demonstrating reliability and consistency in execution across all program activities.

Required Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, analytics, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder follow-up ability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Exposure to internships or roles involving project/program coordination
  • Familiarity with working in structured reporting environments
  • Interest in program management or operations as a career path
  • Experience maintaining program trackers and action plans
  • Ability to identify and flag risks early in project execution
  • Experience compiling structured reports and supporting dashboard preparation
  • Strong capability in data and documentation management
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Proven track record of effectiveness in following up and closing action items
  • Understanding of governance meeting processes and outcomes tracking
  • Experience with cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
